Kate Bard

I am a licensed creative arts therapist, with over a decade of experience working with teens and adults from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances. My professional life includes work in hospitals, schools, and private practice. I work creatively and collaboratively to problem-solve with you to face whatever it is you are facing. I'm here to support you in your exploration of the challenges, circumstances, and goals that make up who and where you are. Using an open-minded and strength-based approach, I will work with you to address obstacles, and to develop strategies for making progress toward creating the life that you want. Art-making is an option. The hope is that you will develop a deeper understanding of your self and your experiences so that you can address and manage the things that might be standing n your way. We will work together to make a plan for you.
