Extremely unclean room, stains everywhere, felt unsanitary. Previous patient left terrible smell. Receptionist asked if I could come an hour earlier for an earlier booking, which I did, only to find out they were short a room and I had to then wait another 1.5 hrs--past my original appointment time and requiring me to take additional time off.

Dr. Kate Hirschmann-Levy and her staff were so kind and attentive. I waited for almost no time at all. She was knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease. Today was my first visit, but I will definitely go back to her in the future!

I would never ever go back! Place is dirty , Dr. asked many questions but when it came to the check up, she said we ran out of timeMy commute to her was an hour and a half each way. I wanted her to do a Pap smear and she was in a great rush when I came home. My underwear was full of blood . In my 50 years. I have never experienced that with a pep smear. I called her. She was rude and told me I’ll be OK in a few days. Stay away from her, painful experience .Everything about this visit was a disgrace and I’m still bleeding tonight.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hirschmann-Levy. After being greeted by the lovely front desk staff, I waited a total of 6 minutes before being seen. I have had some unpleasant experiences with doctors, including gynecologists, and she was receptive to me sharing this and was free of judgment. I have already scheduled another appointment with her and recommended her to a friend. Highly recommend.

So glad I found Dr. Hirschmann-Levy! I recently decided to switch gynecologists and wish I had done it sooner. We went through my annual exam and she answered all the questions I had as a new patient. I am so so so glad I chose this doctor. She was extremely extremely patient, listened to all my concerns, was extremely understanding, and made me feel seen. This is exactly why I am picky with who I choose for my medical care- and I will definitely continue at this practice. Dr. Levy was very nice, warm, yet so professional. She ‘s very thorough, really took time with me to do all assessments and history making. Also made recommendations for me to see specialists related to my family history. It’s very unusual nowadays to see such a doctor who would really make you feel well taken cared of and really value you as a patient, a person. She is the best! I would recommend Dr. Kate Hirschmann- Levy so highly to my friends and family! ??

Ended up leaving...they insist on filling out forms through some sketchy app, won't provide paperwork physically. Deleted all my forms. Did not verify insurance coverage and wanted to sign financial waiver that I would pay for anything not covered. Very rude receptionists. Stay away!

Both Dr. Kate and Nelly were wonderful! Both were warm and welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. They carefully listened to all of my concerns and questions and I felt like they truly cared about me as a patient. Really like the small office feel, very refreshing and wholesome. I read a lot of reviews before booking an appointment with Dr. Hirschmann-Levy. She had amazing reviews and I’m happy to I share that it’s all true. She’s incredibly warm and has such a positive energy that immediately made me feel comfortable, for what’s normally an uncomfortable appointment. I felt all of my questions were answered and my concerns were heard. Her staff is also very warm and welcoming. So glad I found her and will be making her my primary OBGYN. Highly recommend!
