Hello I am a licensed counselor in the state of Virginia with Headway and having been working in the mental health field since 2007. I have a compassionate, warm, and open personality and use evidence based therapies with my clients. I enjoy exploring with my clients their unique situations and needs to help them find individualized solutions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Trauma Focused CBT, and Christian Therapy. My hope is that after our session you would feel more positive, less stressed, and hopeful about your future. Also that you will be equipped with individualized coping skills to assist with managing symptoms/stressors. Unfortunately at this time I am not accepting Medicaid or Medicare clients but hope to in the future.
