Katie Quick Therapy & Coaching offers a warm, affirming space where traditional therapy meets coaching, mindfulness, and neuroscience-based manifestation work. Founded by Katie Quick (she/her), a licensed therapist and coach with a Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University, this practice supports LGBTQ+ individuals, women, gender-expansive folks, creatives, and sensitive, heart-centered humans who are ready to break old patterns and step into alignment. Our work is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and rooted in the belief that transformation happens when insight meets action. We blend evidence-based therapy with inner child work, nervous system regulation, and manifestation tools to help you reconnect with your worth and create the life, love, and clarity you deserve. What makes us different? We don’t just explore your past — we also help you move forward with accountability, intention, and heart. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, or personal growth, you’ll be met with both compassion and challenge.
