The doctor actually listens and goes right to work. He ordered some tests for me that I've been needing for years, very thankful.

Poor bedside manner. I tried to make some polite conversation and ask some personal questions about the doctor, and he just ignored my questions completely and got to the point. This was an immediate red flag because it told me he was not listening to me and was just there to get the job done and move on.
I told him that I was experiencing loose stool, and this was an issue that I did not have before starting a medication, and had ONLY been occurring since I had been on a specific medication. And what does he say? “You need a colonoscopy.” You’re going to tell me rather than ask me what’s the medication, let’s research the side effects, let’s see what dietary changes may fix this, you’re immediately going to jump to an invasive surgical procedure? And we already covered that there was no physical comfort, aches and pains—and that this loose stool ONLY came after taking the medication I’m on. He just wanted the money he would get for having me do a colonoscopy.

Saw Arif 3 times.
Each time we spoke it was less than 3 minutes
He would not hear my concerns at all and said there’s basically nothing he can do. Mind you, the only test we have done was an upper endoscopy.
Biggest waste of time and money. Avoid this doctor at all costs. Find some one who actually cares

Dr.Murtaza and the staff were very pleasant. The checkin process was very smooth, and as I had pre filled all the forms and checked in online prior to my visit, I was only asked for my id and insurance information. The wait was 5 minutes until all the paperwork was processed and I met the second staff. She took down my concerns and all other required information. Followed by this, Dr. Murtaza was very patient in listening to my concerns and questions, and explained things very clearly.
