One star. I came in expecting a routine annual physical, but this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office.
I underwent multiple tests I did not request, including electrodes placed on my body and a device for my neck and chest related to sleep monitoring. Despite the lengthy visit, I spent barely four minutes speaking with the doctor.
I was also shocked to see multiple separate claims submitted to my insurance following what I expected to be a routine preventive physical. This was unlike any annual physical I’ve experienced before.
I also asked the doctor about prescribing a medication and was told he would look into it and get back to me, but I never heard back. No one called to discuss my lab results either. Instead, I was told to schedule another appointment to review them.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the unexpected testing and claims, limited time with the doctor, and lack of follow-up. I would not return.

I felt relaxed speaking with Dr. Taylor. Looking forward to him being my GP doctor. My first visit was to change doctors, getting to know him better. I have a follow up visit the next month.

The center was closed. I received a message asking to confirm my appointment and I did. I’m suffering kidney failure from kidney failure ( found out after having to go to urgent care because of the pain) I arrived at the center to see it was completely closed. However there location says they’re open as well as the big labeled letters on the screen stating they’re closed Monday- Friday 8:30 Am-6:00 PM
