The Doctor came in and never asked my name or anything to verify me being his patient. His answers were short and he didn't provide much explanation of what he was doing during any of the exam. I was very disappointed because he works at my same hospital of employment. I requested from the assistant to have my eyes also examined for contact lens and when I went to the front I found out that wasnt done. I won't be returning for that exam!

From the moment I walked thru the door...to when the assistant took me back to the room.. thru the Doctors time... and picking out frames for glasses.. everyone was so kind and attentive.

Your appointment time means nothing to this office, and they'll tell you that you'll be seen when the people before you are done with their visit. Absolutely unprofessional, irrational and rude. I had an appointment scheduled ahead of time, did my pre-registration ahead of time, showed up ahead of time and ended up cancelling because 20 minutes after my scheduled time,the staff was still unable to tell me when I'll be seen, suggesting it could be after another 15 to 20 minutes.
