The appointment time I selected on ZocDoc and then confirmed with the office via a phone call was then immediately changed to a later time without my consent. I was also then seen by a different provider than the one I selected and that was confirmed on the app and by the office. I had to fill out the same paperwork three times which seemed unnecessary. Aside from that, the staff members I did interact with were very nice, addressed my problem, and were efficient. The office was clean and well organized, and the wait time was what I expected.

The only bad review I had was that the office did not get any of my information from this app and they were in fact surprised at my arrival. The nice young lady at the front desk was able to accommodate me and filled out all of my insurance info for me in their system. So I guess my advice would be to double check with the specialist you book your appointment with before arriving when booking with this app!

I’ve never felt more comfortable in a normally uncomfortable situation such as going to the doctor. The teach who took my X-rays was a sweetheart and Dr. James explained everything thoroughly and took his time to explain my options so that I fully understood what happened to my finger and my leg. I’ll be recommending the folks at kayal over anybody 100 times out of 100 times. Fantastic experience.

I had been to a few surgeon regarding my knee. This office was heaven sent because the PA showed me my xray and showed me exactly what was happening with my knee and why I needed a full knee replacement. The surgeon made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Explained the procedure and I look forward to my knee replacement and having a better quality of life.

Longest wait time and very unfriendly PA. Inaccurate information and when asked to clarify spoke very condescendingly. No diagnosis for the almost 2 hour wait. Very unhappy.

They did not accept my insurance but when I looked up in Zocdoc they said they accept it. So either Zocdoc is wrong or the clinic need to update their insurance accept details correctly so that they don’t waste anyone’s time.

I waited 3 hours to see Dr. Kayal. Yes, 3 hours. No apology for the wait, which was kind of annoying. He seems to know his stuff, which when all is said and done is the most important thing. I'll know more about him as time goes on. I will be having surgery soon. I hope he is as good as his reputation.

Dr Kayal is very self-confident, bordering on arrogant, but is willing to spend the time to explain why "he is the best". I waited 2.5 hours past appointment time, but he did answer all my questions and gave me his full attention for an hour. Hopefully he is as good a surgeon as he thinks he is.
