Thank you for booking your appointment with Kaylora Holistic Wellness & Recovery LLC.
After booking your appointment through Zocdoc, please complete the following steps:
1. Check your email for a message from kayloraholisticwellnessrecover@gmail.com. This email will contain a secure link to your Kaylora Client Portal.
2. Log in to your secure Client Portal using the link provided.
3. Complete and sign ALL required consent forms and intake documents.
4. Upload the FRONT and BACK of your active insurance card. Both sides are required for insurance verification.
5. Upload a valid government-issued photo ID.
6. Provide your current residential address** and complete all required demographic information.
7. Complete the verification process.** Once your required information and documentation have been received and verified, you will receive a **secure link to join your telehealth session.
8. On the day of your appointment, click the secure session link at your scheduled appointment time to join your provider.
IMPORTANT — 24-HOUR REQUIREMENT
All required intake forms and documentation must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of booking your appointment.
For patient safety, insurance verification, and regulatory compliance, appointments will be CANCELLED if the required documentation is not received within 24 hours after booking.

Automatically you feel a comfortable conversation and setting. She listened to everything I had to say and I told her everything because she has that ability to make you feel valued and that you can talk to her and i could tell she was concerned and attentive. She was knowledgeable and just gave off a good vibe in a environment that can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Didn't judge me on my mental health struggles I had in the past. She just cared. Going through all this and feeling comfortable with a doctor is hard to find.

Grace has been an amazing provider from the beginning. Not only has she been helping my husband and I navigate our marriage, but she has also helped both of us as a psychiatrist as well. She was there for both of us immediately, even on her days off! She helped me through a mental health crisis when I had no one else to turn to. I cannot recommend her enough. If anyone is looking for a great therapist/psychiatrist who will listen and be willing to put your well being first, she is the one you want. I’m very happy with the care I have received so far. Thank you Grace, for being there when I needed you and for being so supportive of my husband and I as well. You have been a blessing to the both of us. ??

My counselor was amazing support and was very helpful giving me alots of examples that I needed to here and what I need to work on to achieve and accomplish to help me to get better and to become better and healthier version of myself again. I will still continue to get the help I need with this counselor, I’m glad I found this helpful and found a counselor that I really need.
