Dr. Boozer was very friendly, personable, and professional. I have zero complaints and look forward to our next appointment.

I was listened to, all staff were patient and kind. The wait was not long at all. I had a great experience.

Kind, caring and a good listener. I recommended her to friends who have since been happy with their visits too.
Dr Jennifer boozer was really good, asked for a battle of tests so we can plan my workout journey. Thank you

She pressed to hard on my head and now my neck really hurts.
She is amazing and very thorough with my questions
Dr. Boozer really took the time to understand what I needed and made sure to provide explanations that were even backed up by studies. She made me feel comfortable and like I was being heard. I am also a plus size patient, sometimes drs don't listen to plus size people but she was great.

Doctor Boozer was kind, caring, and patient with me. I felt so seen and she took lots of time to listen to all my fears and concerns. Ordered my labs quickly and filled all my prescriptions that day. Office staff were also kind, courteous, and professional. Great experience.

Nice doctor
Dr. Boozer is a trash doctor. She filled out my paperwork incorrectly which caused a nightmare with my insurance. She doesn’t explain things well. She doesn’t listen and is always in a hurry like she doesn’t have time for you. I booked her because she had an opening before every other doctor on Zoc Doc in my area. But I now know that is because she’s terrible at her job. And her nursing staff is even worse. They are super disorganized and extremely flippant. Every time I’ve been to her office I have heard her talking loudly with her nurses about patients she didn’t like or issues she has with Keck. Twice she’s seen me late because she was busy bad mouthing her other patients. Then when they finally brought me back she would act like she had no time. It was an absolute nightmare visiting her office. I would stay away.

The doctor was very friendly and approachable. Front desk staff were also very nice. Downside was the wait time was about 45 mins.

I've never written a public bad review for anyone because I know it can affect people's livelihoods, however I had to have contact with her office >3 times this week and every time I've ended it in tears. Firstly, they do not have a direct phone number to their office. They're apart of a USC Keck Hospital, which means you have to go through two different operators in order to chat with their office. This can take anywhere between 5-20 mins just to book and appointment, ask a question, or to follow up with the doctor. This is not their fault, however, when you do finally get on the phone with Dr. Boozer's office, the receptionists are curt and a little distant. I asked them to call me with my test results, and instead of doing so they left me a message on "my portal," which is fine for folks who are computer literate but there are so many patients out there who are not and would prefer a phone call. If you are a doctor's office, I would expect you to have the infrastructure to support sick people and their needs. Sick people do not want to wait 20 mins on the phone to get in touch with their doctor. FURTHERMORE, on my second visit to Dr. Boozer's office I overheard the receptionist chatting on the phone with the hospital operator and the conversation was as follows: "Ugh, why is she calling? ..... Ugh, fine, she's just the worst...put her through." I DON'T KNOW WHO SHE IS BUT SHE MAYBE A PATIENT AND SHE MAYBE TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF HER DOCTOR. I didn't say anything when I overheard that because I was still just trying to see my doc, but I definitely clocked it and it didn't make me feel cared for in the slightest. Dr. Boozer's nurse is a very sweet and understanding woman, and Dr. Boozer herself is a nice lady, however I've been sick off and on for over 2 weeks. Dr. Boozer decided that I must have a virus and decided to swab me to make sure, and told me to go back home and continue to treat the symptoms. When the results came in, again, they did not call me to follow up. The results came back negative, which is fine, however I still would like a treatment plan. I've lost over 4 days of work. I need to feel like the doctor's office cares, and each time I've had contact with them, I've walked away feeling crazy, like they don't care, or like I am supposed to take care of this by myself. A doctor's office is more than the doctor. It's an entire vibe. A patient should feel at ease and when they visit their GP. A patient should feel believed when they walk into their doctor's office. I gave this Dr. Boozer 2 visits and over 3 phone calls, and every time ended in tears. I will not be returning.
