Using a mindfulness-based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, we’ll explore new ways of thinking and being to transform your life. I work collaboratively and transparently, and I believe that your feedback is a vital part of each session. You can expect to have my complete, non-judgmental, and active attention. In the first session or two I will ask a lot of questions and answer yours. Once we have decided that we are a good fit for each other, we will start strategizing the best plan of action to address what brought you to therapy in the first place. During the rest of our time together I will provide a safe space, new tools and perspectives to help you make the changes you want to make.
