Hi, I am Kelsey. Lets chat! I believe, everyone feels overwhelmed and troubled at times. We all carry scars from either our past or present which can prevent us from enjoying life and embracing happiness. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your concerns. I promote healing from a place of empathy and understanding. I believe everyone has the inner strength and power to overcome adversity and to face the many challenges that life brings. I work from a client centered and affirming perspective using evidence-based interventions, techniques and skills drawn from a blend of therapeutic modalities.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
We will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are causing you pain. I would be honored to help guide and empower you through your journey to healing. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Kelsey provides a safe, comfortable space for me. I’ve been skeptical of therapy in the past but working with Kelsey has completely changed my mind. She offers sound advice and guidance. I always feel better after my sessions!
