I've been seeing Kelsey for acupuncture for over 8 (maybe longer?) years now, and I honestly can't imagine my wellness journey without her. Kelsey has been a steady, grounding presence for my anxiety over the years. She has a calm, intuitive way of listening before each session and adjusting her approach based on what I need that day. I always leave feeling noticeably lighter and more at ease, both physically and mentally. She also supported me through my IVF journey, and her care made a real difference during a process that can otherwise feel so overwhelming and out of your control. She has been through so many seasons of change with me… the hard ones and the joyful ones, and there's something so grounding about that continuity. I genuinely feel at home on her table. If you're navigating anxiety, fertility challenges, or just looking for an acupuncturist who treats you as a whole person, Kelsey is the one to see. Do yourself a favor and book a session with her.
