Dr. Krieg was thorough. She asked many questions about medical history, family history, and asked about my goals and expectations. The appointment was not rushed at all! I felt heard and also felt comfortable sharing and did not feel ashamed or judged, which isnt always the case with some providers. Would recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Lisa. I was able to make an appointment quickly, the office followed up with me almost immediately, and Lisa was ready for our meeting on time. She has a very calming presence which made it easy to talk to her. She took the time to get to know me, asked me pertinent questions about my background, and, most importantly, truly listened to my concerns. There was no rushing me out of the appointment and I felt that she truly cared about my well being. I would certainly reach out to Lisa again.

No sign of the doctor, called the practice and the staff had no idea where she was. If you can't be aware of a telehealth appointment made two full days beforehand, find a new line of work. Completely unacceptable that not even your own staff can locate you.
