This visit was much better than most. I was thinking about changing doctors because I always got upsold and they would nickel and dime me. For example, I broke the monofilament on my semi-rimless glasses (which I bought at this shop) and they wanted quite a bit of money to fix it, but I wrote to three other shops to get a price and two offered to do it for free and one for a trivial amount. On this visit, however, they did not try to upsell me and they printed off my prescription (with pupillary distance) without complaint.

Receptionist was helpful and very nice. Got there a few minutes early, waited over 30 minutes, appointment was only 15 minutes long. They are clearly overbooked and tight on space.
