My experience was excellent. I had technical difficulties at first and the office was immediately responsive. Everything was fixed in less than 5 minutes. I was impressed. The appointment was an hour. I was able to give a thorough history without feeling interrogated. Dympna Ndelle is kind, patient, and helpful. I was given all the needed assessments in advance, so our first appointment was productive and appreciate that very much. Follow-up appointments were needed due to the nature of the appointment, but not in excess. I felt comfortable sharing, and even though I had to fumble around for the right information to answer a few questions, I was met with patience each time. It can be a scary experience, meeting with a new doctor in a new state, and I am grateful for this office for being proactive from the moment I set the appointment. They offer text messaging, email you everything you need right away, and respond promptly. If you are looking for a new office, I recommend Dympna.
