For once I didn’t feel like just another patient. I felt seen. I felt heard. My questions were answered completely. I didn’t have anxiety that I normally have at doctors offices. The staff here and the doctor are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so polite and caring. They listen. The wait times are short. They go above and beyond to get you the care you need. I drove 30 mins to get here and will drive another 30 to come back. That’s how nice of a time I had. 5 stars all day!

My experience as a new patient was first-rate. I had been without a primary care provider for 2 years. Prior experiences in another state led me to search for someone who is knowledgeable, yet empathetic, listens to my concerns and appreciates that I stay informed about my own medical issues.
Ms. Baidoo fulfilled all my expectations and her colleagues in the practice were wonderful. I now have future appointments and intend to tell family and friends about my experience.
In addition, I will recommend using ZocDoc to search for and schedule medical visits.

I was looking for an environment that prioritized patient comfortability and autonomy and found not only that but also an incredibly warm and welcoming environment that makes me feel like I’m in control of my care and respected as the expert on my own experience. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the office is kind and communicative and understanding and patient without being condescending at all. I’ve already referred several people to them and will continue to. I had my first appointment with Dr. Baidoo today and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with her. Dr. Baidoo was such a warm soul! She was great to work with and personable. You can tell she tries very hard to provide top tier medical support, is very knowledgable, throrough and reassuring but she also cares very much about stablishing a great rapport and relationship with her patients. Despite this being my very first visit, I felt like I had been a patient of hers for years with how warm and naturally she engaged me. I honestly felt a familial vibe even between the staff. That is definitely my style of healthcare. I WILL be returning in the next few weeks after labwork and I actually look forward to it. I feel relieved by her demeanor and did not feel judged at all.

Amazing provider! I was very nervous about doing a virtual visit but boy was I wrong. Dr. Khadeja was caring, understanding and showed genuine concern for me and my health issues. She never made me feel rushed and she never discounted my feelings or the information I shared with her. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a good, caring physician.

I was so nervous about trying primary care virtually because of my chronic health conditions, but this was the best visit I could have imagined. The doctor was very patient with me and went over all my concerns and she genuinely appeared to care for my well being. She asked me twice, ok so how are YOU feeling and she allowed me to answer truthful without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. I would recommend her to anyone who is tired of physicians who don't listen to your true concerns.

Khadeja leads with a kindness I have found missing from my last few health care providers. I had a chance to speak and be heard without feeling rushed at all. She took into account all my worries and concerns without making me feel silly. She explained things clearly and slowly and gave me time to make my own decisions based off the information she provided me. She patiently explained again if I was at all confused. I live an hour and a half from her offices but I plan to have my follow-ups in person because that quality of care is pretty hard to come by.
