At the practice of Dr Khalid Wasimuddin, we have a friendly staff and affordable prices. We are always accepting new patients and can treat all patients, 6 years and older. We offer the lowest prices on immigration physicals and vaccinations and offer discounts and reduced fees on blood tests for patients who are uninsured. We an official FMCSA certified site for same-day DOT physicals and we offer the fastest immigration physicals in the area.
As we strive to be your one stop solution for all of your primary care needs, we also offer PT/INR testing right here in our office. We can provide a dose of Coumadin or Warfarin and we offer monitoring for palpitations and irregular heartbeats. We even offer affordable weight loss programs.

If there were a zero rating that is what I would rate him. I came in to see him for my regular check up and to get prescription Terrill’s and he had asked me if I had gotten my bloodwork done and I said no that I have been so busy with getting my masters, working full time, moving and being a care giver to my grandparents. Well that answer upset him and he started yelling at me telling me he wasn’t going to loose his license over stupid people like me and he said I don’t care about your stupid job or school or life. I then proceeded to ask why he was yelling at me and being mean and he said don’t get smart with me and this is the last time he will see me because he doesn’t deal with crazy people. This is my doctor who knows I suffer from mental health and he treated me so awful that I reposted him. He should use his license and stop telling everyone may god help you. It’s offensive!

He is one of the rare doctors in this modern society that is compassionate and understanding and treats his patient like family. I’ve finally found the doctor that I am happy with. I am not going anywhere.

About 6 months ago I thought I was going to be moving to VA. 8 decided to be proactive and find a new doctor closer to where I was moving. Honestly, I had not felt I was uncomfortable in a doctors office in a very long time. Not only did he condescendingly disregard all of my major concerns, diminish the value of the signs and symptoms I explained to him, and decide to go with what his decision was; rather than it being a collaborative effort. The main reason I decided not to go back was because upon leaving his office, he handed me a book about the Muslim culture and religion. I am absolutely tolerant and more than happy to except people based on their differences. However, when you attempt to push your beliefs on to me, especially in a medical setting, it seems extremely inappropriate. I did not go back.

Dr. Wasimuddin is a great doctor and a nice man. He got right to the point establishing a treatment plan for me. He also made recommendations about lifestyle changes I needed to act on, but did so offering encouragement. The office receptionist was very apologetic that the doctor could not see me exactly at my 3:45 p.m. appointment time. The apology was hardly necessary since I only waited a whopping extra ten minutes! She explained that two very sick patients had come in earlier without appointments which threw the doctor's schedule off. I can't recall ever having such efficient and personal treatment. Thank you Dr. Wasimuddin. See you again in a few weeks!
