Very knowledgeable and able to provide good care for the problem presented.
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. There was absolutely no communication regarding the office closure, despite my appointment being confirmed through Zocdoc. I traveled nearly 40 miles to attend the appointment, only to arrive and find the office closed. Additionally, no one contacted me beforehand to inform me of the closure, reschedule the appointment, or provide any alternative arrangements. This resulted in a complete waste of my time, fuel, and effort. Poor communication and lack of consideration for patients are unacceptable. If appointments need to be canceled or the office is closed, patients should be notified well in advance through a phone call, text message, email, or the scheduling platform. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service.

I finally felt like someone listened to our concerns about my infants reflux. The doctor had wonderful bedside manner and was very kind to my daughter and made us feel hopeful.
