We worked with Ms. Stephanie for speech therapy for about 16 months, and the progress our son made in that time was incredible. Virtual sessions can be challenging for a young child, but she's a master at it. She was consistently thoughtful, engaging, and used interactive games that my son looked forward to. What impressed me most was her patience. My son (now 5 years old) can easily get distracted on video, but Ms. Stephanie never missed a beat—she adapted in the moment, calmly redirected him, and always found a way to re-engage him without any frustration. It takes a high level of empathy and professionalism to build that kind of connection through a screen. We are so grateful for the foundation built and cannot recommend her services highly enough!

Stephanie is very thorough and helped my son stay focused and on task, all while making therapy fun and keeping him engaged. She truly cares, and this is evident because she makes a point to give attention to what my son’s specific needs are! He often finds therapy difficult to sit through, but with Stephanie, I noted him looking forward to sessions, seeing him enthusiastic during them and excited to complete a task with her. I was very impressed with this and was extremely happy with his progress. Her methods worked out very quickly and well for him!

Our son's Speech Therapist has been Stephanie Rich for a few months. We have seen genuine care for our son's progress in the short time we have worked with her. Our son is a very busy little boy who is always all over the place. Stephanie is patient and accommodating to what may work best to help our son.
