What an amazing experience! After I made my appt on Zoc Doc, I always call the next day to confirm. Very friendly and helpful office staff. I was running late on the day of my appointment as my car would not start. I called and thankfully was able to adjust my appointment time. When I arrived everything went smoothly and was called back within 10mins, went thru initial screen with medical technician and I was seen by APRN Hall, 5mins after that. Let me say that APRN, Hall is Wonderful, she is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I can honestly say that was the best, most through new patient exam I’ve had in about 20years. She asks all the right questions and listened to all my concerns, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I left there feeling like all my questions and concerns were addressed. Also, as I leaving my car again would not start and the office manager stayed behind to assist me even though she was leaving for lunch, greatly appreciated! Highly Recommend!
