I have been supporting people and their families for over 20 years. I take a person centered approach to allow for my clients to develop solutions and skills to live a better life. I have worked with children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression and I use my own personal experiences to empathize with them. I have a specialty in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families developing strategies to best address their needs at home and at school.
