If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or worn down by anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma, you don't have to work through it alone. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, be heard without judgment, and start moving toward the life you want.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based approach. It helps you relate to difficult thoughts and feelings with more openness and less struggle, so they hold less power over your choices. Together, we'll get clear on what matters most to you and take practical steps in that direction, at a pace that feels right.
I work with adults going through life transitions, unresolved trauma, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that something needs to change. Therapy with me is a chance to listen inward, understand your patterns with compassion, and build new ways of responding to life's challenges.
I offer secure telehealth sessions to adults who live anywhere in Arizona, so you can get support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
