I currently offer HIPPA compliant telehealth services, providing a therapeutic environment without leaving the safety of your own home. With over 15 years of clinical experience in the mental health field my background and specialties include: anxiety, adjustment, depression, grief, trauma, TBI and PTSD. My approach is person centered and I strive to listen intently and guide my clients to find positive coping skills and supportive strategies that can improve their quality of life. My goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment in which you can freely express your feelings and feel empowered to make change through the therapeutic process. Each treatment plan is tailored around a client's comfort level and goals.
