Most relevant

Ahneishia is the first therapist that I've hade who makes me feel like I can truly say how I feel no matter how outlandish it may sound in my own head. I really appreciate her validation of my feelings while still providing alternative ways to think about my situations. I leave our sessions feeling like we actually got somewhere and I learned something rather than just talking for the sake of talking. 10/10!
