Kinne Psychiatry, LLC

I am licensed in Maine and New Hampshire and provide in-office and virtual appointments. I am available most times to accommodate work hours. Celebrate National Recovery Month by starting your recovery with the guidance, support and appropriate medicated-assisted treatment. I am here to walk along side you during this process and provide a no-judgmental world view. I provide a warm, relaxed, and welcoming environment for individuals seeking help with mental health struggles that cause barriers to educational, personal and professional goals. I strive to listen attentively, take the time that is needed, and work together in developing a plan with attainable goals. I will help you manage your depression, anxiety, insomnia, psychosis, bipolar disorders, attention deficit disorders, trauma, and substance use issues. I have 25 years of professional experience encompassing psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health, residential treatment for substance use, and in numerous medical settings. I use an evidence-based approach in recommending the appropriate and approved psychiatric medications to help alleviate symptoms that interfere with living a joyful life. My goal is to work together as a team and focus on symptoms. I believe that 'labels' and stereotyping do not define a person. Let's break the stigma together. Help and hope is here!
