Was never sent video call information and could not get in contact with the office by phone. The appointment time came and went and I never heard anything from them.

Dr never got on the telehealth. After 30 mins of waiting I finally called the office number which went straight to voicemail. Waste of a time.

If you want to visit small old building where the office may not even be open during your appointment with no working office number. This is your guy!

I was skeptical about meeting with a virtual doctor, but as soon as he came on to join, I immediately felt relieved and comfortable. He listened well and I was happy with the visit. I will be meeting with him again and encouraging friends and family to join as well.! Thanks Dr. Clarke!
