I have experienced many different care providers over the years... many of them not so kind or patient or even very helpful or seem to care at all. Unfortunately that has made it difficult for me to find another provider I trust and feel comfortable seeing.
I actually am very happy with my new provider and I feel she is very kind, patient and helpful. I am so glad I finally found a new pcp after not having one for awhile now. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I signed up with the provider so it was covered by insurance. She said she doesn’t do pre authorization and needed to use a cash/ credit card to fill my prescription. I asked if they could do that and said no. I also asked if the prescription could be used at a pharmacy and again, no. I would not had went with this company knowing that. The visit was way too long and interfered with another appointment.

Dr. Pritchard is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve seen. She took the time to make sure all my concerns were addressed brought up relative topics that she wanted to know more about and educated me on said topics, meds and other things. Her demeanor was friendly and professional and I am so happy she was my provider for my appt.

I moved cross-country and have been looking for a new PCP for months. From the ease of check-in to the friendly nurse taking my vitals to my visit with Dr. Kissick, I was completely blown away. The office is clean, efficient, and caring. The doctor took plenty of time to hear my concerns and set up referrals, take care of expiring Rx, and give me frank advice on some that may no longer be serving me well as I age. I left with a proactive spring in my step and a complete care plan. A+

I had a pleasurable experience with this clinic. Dr Kissick and staff were easy to talk to and understanding (since I haven't see a medical physician in over 10 years). Dr Kissick took care of my main concerns and addressed and gave her recommendations for other issues I have. I feel this clinic will be a good primary provider for me.

The receptionist desk already assist me with a good assistant and she knows what to do very nice person. I really like the place and she offer me some water to drink. Tell me where is the CR. That is really nice of them the MA is good also they are really experience workers. I like that. And the physician was very nice and I am so welcome to have her. I am happy to a new clinic and my physician thank you.
