Tbh, it was a bummer. I booked this provider because all the other providers did not seem interested in further investigating this issue I’ve been having with my stomach and I was hoping as a DO there might be some more answers. Anyways, I ended up paying a lot of dollars (I thought they were in network based on the insurance listed) to be told that the previous GI wasn’t interested in investigating because the CT scan I had was normal for the most part and it’s just the environment that’s in my stomach that’s the issue. We talked more about why the previous MD were not interested in investigating and not much on what else the issues could be. I left learning a lot about why the other DR I previously saw didn’t care and was told to just keep a journal and be my own detective. No follow up plan, no answers or even close to a direction and I have a fat bill now. Yay.

I have experienced many different care providers over the years... many of them not so kind or patient or even very helpful or seem to care at all. Unfortunately that has made it difficult for me to find another provider I trust and feel comfortable seeing. I actually am very happy with my new provider and I feel she is very kind, patient and helpful. I am so glad I finally found a new pcp after not having one for awhile now. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I signed up with the provider so it was covered by insurance. She said she doesn’t do pre authorization and needed to use a cash/ credit card to fill my prescription. I asked if they could do that and said no. I also asked if the prescription could be used at a pharmacy and again, no. I would not had went with this company knowing that. The visit was way too long and interfered with another appointment.

July 7, 2026 Everything was very good, very fast reception. The service was provided in full=) They behaved correctly and politely. They immediately made an appointment for my next visit (August 13, 2026. 2nd component of the vaccinations). Unexpectedly, but very pleasant was the provision of an interpreter and the opportunity to get the vaccinations I needed right there, without looking for another place. Currently, I am waiting for a referral from the doctor to a chiropractor.

The receptionist desk already assist me with a good assistant and she knows what to do very nice person. I really like the place and she offer me some water to drink. Tell me where is the CR. That is really nice of them the MA is good also they are really experience workers. I like that. And the physician was very nice and I am so welcome to have her. I enjoyed their friendliness! It was my first time at this location, and I haven’t had my physical done in YEARS. Everyone was absolutely friendly and i felt safe to be around Dr. Nunez. He offered recommendations & he explained everything very easily. Had my blood drawn, his assistant is also extremely nice. Great energy & could crack jokes to both of them.
