Mr Kelly was never condescending. He listened and asked the right questions and came up with a plan. He was direct with out being rude and very focused. The privacy and professionalism of the visit was so refreshing. I'm a scared human being. I have literally been laughed at recently by an ER doctor. And as the victim of a United Healthcare scam, it was SO NICE not to bullied or lectured about a primary care physician. My insurance status is in limbo, but my health is on the verge of taking a nasty turn. I need help and solutions. No matter what the illness or the cause, early detection and diagnosis saves people. I'm so grateful to have had this visit.

Provider was super thorough after being hospitalized for my gallbladder. Referred me to a surgeon, conducted appropriate follow up, paperwork sent over to the receiving office, and a great Provider. He explains things in a way that can be understood by anyone. There is never a case where I leave my appointments going, “I have no idea what he said.” He sends a follow up explaining and outlining our appointments and post-visit plans.
