They wanted to push me to do procedures that weren’t covered by my insurance. I also asked about a service they provided to me and why I didn’t see an explanation of benefits on my insurance and they said they didn’t feel like it was needed because they knew the insurance wouldn’t cover it. That office is money first, patient last. Worst dentist I’ve been to.

I recently visited this office to have a dental bridge re-cemented after it fell out. Since my regular dentist was closed, I chose this office because they accepted my insurance and I could get an emergency appointment. However, when I arrived, they insisted on charging me a few hundred out of pocket for the procedure, refusing to run it through my insurance because they didn’t do the original work. They then tried to upsell me on an implant, stating that if I paid a few hundred and scheduled the implant procedure, the few hundred I paid, would be credited toward it.
I found this approach off-putting and felt it prioritized profit over patient care. Ultimately, I left without getting my bridge fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on my experience – it felt like a waste of my time and an unnecessary hassle.

I was disappointed that I was not able to get treatment by Sita Kulkarni.
But her associates were very polite and did good job explanning me about my treatment.

During my appointment, the doctor kept referring to me as "the patient" when speaking directly to me. When asked for my medical history, I was asked multiple questions about my mental health that had nothing to do with the service and then I was pushed to accept multiple additional services. When I refused, the staff and doctor tried to just convince me repeatedly.
The only good part of my visit was the woman who did my x-rays. She was great. Past that, it was the worst time I've ever had at a dentist's office. I would never go back.

The doctors were both very informal and professional and bedside manner was great. The receptionist were so accommodating to have my visits done in the same day before my insurance ran out. So happy I found them!

The hygienist was great. I hadn't been to the dentist for a couple years so I needed a deep cleaning, a more intense cleaning that requires anesthesic. I was a little nervous because of the need for anesthesic and the fact that it takes two sessions. I was worried it would be very painful. She was very careful and explained everything that was happening. I took a couple Advil when I returned home, just in case. I have only very mild irritation, much like with a normal cleaning.
I addition to the excellent care provided by the hygienist, the office staff were very friendly and helpful. I was running late due to traffic. When I called to let them know they were pleasant and understanding and we're still able to honor my appointment even though I was late. Others doctors would cancel and charge you a few, but they were very helpful and considerate.

Didn't seem very friendly, a bit confrontational, not very willing to accommodate my desire to get a crown instead of a cheaper bonded cap. Moreover, seemed in a rush to get my fillings and bond done, and when finished didn't present a mirror to see the job that was done. As such when I got home and looked at it, the final bonding layer was shorter than the adjacent incisor.

Very well maintaned office. For cleanup, I have been to Dr. Kulkarni's office twice now and will continue to visit her periodically. She wasn't in the office first time and a doctor covering for her saw me. 2nd time she was the one who saw me. She was professional and told me to do the regular floss and brush twice a day and sent me on my way.

He engages in conversation with you and keeps you informed of what's going on, which I very much appreciated. He has many years of experience and cares about his patients.

She is a proficient and efficient dentist. Her bedside manner could be better in that she doesn't really explain to you what she is doing, which I prefer. The office staff is very nice and helpful and despite the wait the staff and efficiency of the dentist keep me going back.

My appointment got postponed three times, after which I decided I would go elsewhere. I got a call back from the office and they apologized - So I scheduled the appointment again for the fourth time. Between the time I made the first call to the appointment, I was called four different times asking for my insurance information. One of these times I was even called back and told that my insurance didn't cover me. I patiently gave the person my information again, and she confirmed that it was correct on file and that she would call the insurance company again to check. Anyway, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment to do any necessary paperwork. This is when I learned that no one had called the insurance company to confirm my eligibility. So I repeated my information again, while the person in the front desk called the company. I was called in for my check up 20 minutes after the appointment. The dentist did do a thorough job and I was very satisfied by her work. Just as a FYI, I was asked to pay for the balance of what my insurance covers immediately after the service was rendered. Other dental offices I've been to in the past usually just send us the bill home. Bottom line - given the inconvenience caused and the redundancy of information asked unnecessarily - I suggest the office better get their ducks in a row in terms of paperwork and organization. If friends ask, I would recommend the dentist, however, the overall experience - not so much.

Dr. Sita is professional, thorough, communicates all dental issues effectively and takes her time as she does her job with her patient's well-being in mind.
