Kate Graen PA-C was extremely professional and understanding my concerns and how it’s been affecting my day to day life. Telehealth is really a game changer for me and makes receiving help so much simpler. I like that there is also an online messaging system so I can always get in touch with my provider with any concerns, without having to wait for my next appointment.
I was nervous at first to hop on a call with someone online since I'm used to meeting in person with my doctor. But Kate Graen made the process enjoyable and calm. She started by asking a couple of questions about my ADHD and listened intently when I told her what I was going through. She never interrupted me or spoke over me, and I could tell she cared about finding the right solution for her patients. I've scheduled a follow-up appointment with her in a month to see how the medication will affect me. So far so good, thank you Kate and Klarity ADHD!
I had my first appointment yesterday with Kate Graen, and she was amazing! Kate was really helpful, took the the time to really listen to troubles I’ve been having for long time and was even more helpful with my treatment options. Today, I picked up my medication from my local pharmacy and am excited to get my life on track, thanks to Kate and klarity!
I had a great experience with Klarity Health. My provider, Kate Graen, was attentive and listened to my experiences and thoughts. She did not interrupt once and made me feel more at ease when I was feeling a little nervous. I felt much better after our conversation. I was able to get the help I needed. I would highly recommend her and Klarity.
I've used Klarity for a short while, during which time my provider, Kate, has been an indispensable resource. She is receptive to my concerns, and works diligently to help find me the best solution for my needs, while also giving me as much information as possible about the course of treatment. Would highly recommend the service, and would recommend Kate as a provider for anyone interested in receiving treatment.
Today I had my first experience with Telehealth, my introduction was a positive one with Kate Graen. In the time of the pandemic it is not easy to get therapy in person but I felt relieved at how simple the process was despite my lack of technological skills. I am very much looking forward to receiving therapy this way from now on!
Working with Klarity has been outstanding so far. I got to meet with Kate Graen on the same day I signed up with the Klarity service. We went over my history with ADHD and quickly worked out a treatment plan that she felt would work best. Very excited to continue on with her and would definitely recommend the service to others.
I am relieved a service such as Klarity ADHD exists. I was unable to find a local psychiatrist, and the ones that would see me had appointments that were months away. My provider, Kate Graen, was able to see me within a week of scheduling my appointment. She was understanding of my condition, very easy to talk to, and prescribed the medication I needed. I could not be more pleased with both my provider and Klarity ADHD.
Klarity helped me get treatment for my ADHD in a comfortable and non judgemental setting. Kate Graen is incredibly kind and seems genuinely concerned in helping me manage my symptoms. Just had my first appointment with Kate Graen- she was easy to speak to, knowledgeable about adhd and the medication options available, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. I’m so grateful for Klarity ADHD because I have no time to schedule in person visits as a full time nursing student with two young children, so being able to just take a call and get my medication is so freeing.

I have had an extremely pleasant experience with Klarity so far. The staff is quick to answer questions and is transparent with the procedure and expenses. Super fast providing me with documents to send to my health insurance for reimbursement. My Provider, Kate, was very understanding and thorough in her analysis. Kate walked me through my symptoms and explained in detail the next steps of treatment in a way I could easily understand. I am very pleased to be treated by Kate.
I have been struggling with ADHD symptoms for most of my life, but was raised in a household that wasn't supportive of getting a diagnosis and/or medication. Over the past 4 years I've had problems with focusing, task completion, ADHD paralysis, and have had a really hard time finding motivation to do...anything, unless I'm interested in it at a deep level. And even then, it's still difficult. When I discovered Klarity's services, I was able to book an appointment with my provider the SAME DAY. I am so happy and relieved that I chose Klarity's services over others - it's affordable, the support team is fast in replying to any concerns, and the provider I have is wonderful. I was matched with Dr. Kate Graen who listened intently to my concerns and my medical history and she genuinely cared about what I was going through and showed an actual interest in helping me. I was able to get a diagnosis as well as a medication prescription (which was sent to my pharmacy right after my appointment and was available for pickup within two days) and I felt like I was supported by Dr. Graen 100%. After a follow-up appointment with her to check in on medication dosage, I still felt the same level of bedside manner as the first time we spoke. For the first time in a VERY LONG TIME, I can say that I am confident in the management of my ADHD and its symptoms. Dr. Graen is very communicative, easy to talk to, and an overall phenomenal provider who really cares for her patients.
My provider is Kate Graen and she is amazing. I have been using Klarity for about 5 months are so and I have been very satisfied with the service. I have no issues thus far. Being a medical student, this service is of most convenience to me where I don’t have to take out a majority of my time for my follow up appointments and can do them right from my form. Kate is always quick to respond to my concerns, trying to figure out what medication would be best for me, if my insurance would cover it etc. and any message that I send through the portal are addressed in an efficient manner. She has helped make a tremendous and positive impact on my lifestyle ranging from my eating habits, time management, managing my stress and anxiety and focusing in school. I feel as if I have control over myself and it feels amazing. I am extremely happy with the service that Klarity provides and looking forward to continue utilizing it!
I have been pleasantly surprised by Klarity and, frankly, the service has exceeded my expectations. I am new to telehealth services (this is actually my very first online health consultation of any kind) and the folks at this company have made it very easy, convenient, and above all, comfortable. Making an account and setting up an appointment for a consultation was quite painless. Also, I realized in contacting Klarity that I'd had a stigma associated with ADHD in my mind, for whatever reason, and talking about my situation was something that I was somewhat apprehensive about. However, Kate Graen, my provider, allowed me to talk through my situation, she listened attentively and was respectful, kind, and professional in her responses. This put me at ease. At the end of our conversation, I felt confident that Kate, and the folks in general at this company, have my back and should I have questions or issues, they'd genuinely want to help. I also was surprised to receive a phone call from the service a day prior to my consultation, just to sort of check in, and establish a channel of communication and to let me know that I am encouraged to contact them whenever, and with whatever questions. I really appreciated that too. I really did not know what to expect from this as, again, it is my first telehealth experience, but I cant say enough positive things. I feel confident that Kate wants to help, and so too does the company... and all of this at a very fair price, in my opinion.
Klarity has been so easy to use and helpful. It is great to have this online option as scheduling in-person meetings with a doctor is very time-consuming and doesn't work with my schedule. My provider, Kate Graen, was super helpful in diagnosing my ADHD and providing me with the proper tools and medication that would be most helpful for me. I was having a really hard time finding a provider. They had long wait times, or didn't take my insurance, or didn't do testing. It was always some hurdle. Klarity matched me with a provider who fit my needs and accepted my insurance. The intake process was fairly easy. I've been working with Kate Graen, who has been great. It was bad enough that my PCP would say unhelpful things like "reduce your stress," but I've heard so many stories of people having to try multiple offices to finally get help. Kate believed me when I told her my symptoms right away. The intake form is thorough so she had that to work from, but she asked concise, intelligent questions in addition. I quickly got the help I needed. I'm looking forward to my follow up with Kate.
Kate Graen is an amazing PA-C. She is professional, patient, and cares about her patients. Our meeting was very helpful and she wanted to ensure I left with full knowledge of my treatment; as well as, the best possible route to begin my treatment. I would recommend Kate to any new/old patient visiting Klarity. I look forward to our future meetings.
Kate Graen was really helpful and pragmatic about her treatment approach. I’ve tried getting help before and had providers tell me my experiences were not what I though and it was nice to have a provider who listened without judgement. Klarity was the only affordable option I could find that would get me help before the end of my school semester, and it’s such a relief to finally have a diagnosis and plan.
Saw Kate Graen for treatment/medication management of my ADHD. I found her very helpful in terms of listening to my experiences with past treatment, explaining medication options, and prescribing new medication. She was efficient but I didn't feel rushed or not listened to (as I have with some in-person providers). Overall a very positive experience and looking forward to continuing treatment.
I was super skeptical about Klarity, but after having trouble finding a provider in my area, I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! Kate Graen was very helpful and really listened to me. She didn't discredit me even when I completely blanked during our session, instead she asked me more specific questions so it was easier to express my thoughts. 10/10 would recommend.
Kate Graen was patient and understanding and non-judgmental. Since I never sought this type of care before, I was nervous not knowing what to expect but I quickly felt comfortable telling her about all the mental issues that have plagued me since childhood. She was very knowledgeable about the treatment options and helped me weigh options for my case.

Streamline and efficient process to getting the quality care I needed. I had always struggled with ADHD symptoms and the traditional route for seeking help was timely and cost prohibitive. My provider Kate was knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her during my intake session. Would definitely recommend both Klarity and Kate!
Klarity ADHD was great for me. I recently moved cross-country and was really stressed about finding new medical providers, especially for my mental health since the wait to see a psychiatrist can be really long. I was able to get a first appointment in a couple days and my provider Kate Graen was completely helpful and understanding and worked with me to get the prescriptions I've been taking going again.
My doctor was Kate Graen and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Unlike prior experiences with doctors, she actually made me feel heard during my appointment (and was on time). Further, the process to get the appointment was easy, and Kate even bumped me up over a week when a time became available. Would highly recommend Klarity and especially Kate.
Klarity ADHD is awesome! My provider, Kate Green, has provided better service in both my diagnosis and follow up treatment than anyone I've worked with in the past. The platform is easy to work with, and a wide range of appointment times is great to have. They also make getting access to forms needed for insurance reimbursement easy. Glad I found Klarity!

I was not able to fill any of my prescription and I went to 2 different pharmacy when the pharmacy reach out to the office they got nothing I really like the provider but there something fishy I never was able to fill my scripts

This provider seems like a scam. They sent me the video link 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. We were unable to hear the audio so we ended the call. It also looked like he was in a hotel. The people from his office who called me to confirm the appointment had very thick accents and they were hard to communicate with.
