Dr. Watson was great. She went out of her way to help me and I am very grateful.

I was told I'd get an email with instructions on how to enter into my video appointment. I did not get an email or any other form of contact and nobody would answer the phone when I called. I left a VM message stating that I did not get the email with instructions and asked that someone call me back. I have received no call back or any other form of response.
