I never received the link to meet with Mary. I called Zocdoc to explain that I inadvertently booked two appts. on Sat., Sept. 7, 2024. 3:45 and 5:15. I got a little tangled during booking - not sure what to do. when I realized it. I hope the capability to correct a mistaken double appt., error within the site will be added Soon... My rating (5 stars) is based on me being able to tell that Mary is a very kind, compassionate, educated woman from her picture which was further validated by reading her reviews.

I was confused because the provider wasn't the one I thought I made an appointment with, but someone else in the practice. either way the nurse practitioner was alright. i had trouble filling out the forms for whatever reason. I would fill them out and then be told they weren't received 2 times. 3rd time worked.
