I'm a Registered Dietitian and certified functional fitness trainer offering virtual nutrition care to adults in Florida and Georgia. My practice focuses on gut health and GI disorders, menopause and hormone or endocrine concerns, and autoimmune conditions.
My approach is functional and whole-person. Rather than handing you a generic meal plan, I look at how your symptoms, eating patterns, movement, stress, and daily life fit together, and then we build a realistic plan around your goals. Because I'm also a fitness trainer, I can provide an add-on option to help you pair nutrition with movement that supports your body instead of working against it.
As a Retired U.S. Army veteran, I bring structure, accountability, and a no-nonsense, supportive style to every session. All visits are held by secure video from the comfort of your home.
