My visit was Dr. Koppelman was great! Prior to my appointment, I was sent the paperwork to fill out via email, saving time. Day of, I was seen almost immediately. The staff and Dr. Koppelman were so nice. He explained through every step of the procedure, prioritizing my comfort throughout. He was very respectful and patient. I highly recommend this practice. Bonus points for honestly stellar 2000s indie music that played through my appointment.

Let me be perfectly clear, Dr. Adam and his Father are amazing and always deserve 5+ stars, this review is about the person who did my cleaning and who spent the most time with me. In short I am undergoing cancer treatment and have recently developed very bad jaw pain that is random in occurrence. It's unclear at this point if the pain is being caused by any particular medication that I am on or grinding, although I have been wearing my night-guard religiously for a year now and the jaw pain is a recent development, along with many of the other side effects and body pains that have came as a consequence to my new cancer diagnosis and treatment.
That being the case I was very clear that I was experiencing bad jaw/gum pain when I got into the chair. The problem I had with my hygienist is that she treated me as if i didn't know how to brush or floss after the sever pain and bleeding that I endured while getting the cleaning, something that never happens to me. It's almost as if she didn't hear me when I explained the pain. Aside from not even trying to be more gentle with me during her treatment she continued to remind me throughout that I needed to floss and brush better and after the cleaning "she would give me some pointers"! If anyone looked at my chart they would see that my hygiene and flossing/brushing habits didn't need to be revisited because I haven't had a cavity in decades. I am simply going through some complications that I am trying to figure out and on this day I was pretty emotional. Clearly I could have tried to reschedule but the pain comes on fast and it's not easy to cancel an appointment. Today's cleaning procedure and lack of empathy was the last thing I needed. I didn't have the energy in real time to push back but unfortunately when Dr. Adam came in I could not benefit as much out of our brief time together because I really just wanted out of that chair. He was, as always, kind and understanding of my pain and we briefly discussed a plan B should the pain not go away but I feel bad because my experience minutes prior with his colleague went so terribly for me that I wasn't in the best mood when he came in.

Dr. Adam Koppelman and the rest of the members in the practice are amazing! Hands down the best dentist. He is honest, very clear and upfront with information, which is always appreciated. Great bedside manner and doesn't push additional treatments unless he feels they are absolutely needed. My friend recommended Dr. Koppelman to me and I'm so happy I took her word for it.

They are always on time at Dr. Koppelman's office. The staff are always professional and kind. The cleanings are quick but thorough, and the dentist is always honest about what is needed and what can wait.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Koppelman for a while now and she insisted I should go see him. Honestly couldn't be more thankful I did. Everyone in that office seem to love what they do and treat patients as well as they possibly can. I've been there 3 times now and never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see the Dr. Dr. Koppelman Sr. is also one of the nicest Dr. I've ever met. Could not be happier and certainly recommend this office.

Sheila my hygienist was very nice and friendly- kept talking the whole time and explained things very well and was very helpful.
Dr. Koppelman answered all my questions and even helped save me some money by building me a special retainer.
Had some bonding from an old retainer on the back of my teeth and he worked with me to get it all off even though I was very specific.
Office is clean and front staff is friendly. Recommending them to all my friends!

I've been seeing Dr. Adam ever since moving to NY three years ago. He is extremely attentive and addresses any and all questions. I've done everything from dental cleaning, to invisalign, to minor surgeries and highly recommend him! His front desk staff is also amazing!

Although I was not able to see Dr. Adam Koppelman this time, I was able to work with the rest of the office team. Originally I had planned a quick consultation, but they recommended to jump right in with a cleaning and consultation. I was greeted by Trish who was very helpful and welcoming. My hygienist was Sheila who did a great job in making sure I was comfortable and she did a great job. The team got me quickly through x-rays nicely and was able to put on Netflix for me to enjoy. Finally Dr. Paul Koppelman came in and was able to check my teeth out. He has such a great energy and very comforting as the dentist office can be intimidating. I'll be coming back for a deep cleaning and filling in some cavities (it's been years since I had a good dental insurance, doh!), but I am excited to go back! Thanks again to the Koppelman team!!

Dr. Koppelman is a pro. He said I'll never feel discomfort in his chair and he was right. I had a cleaning and whitening done (love that they focus on healthy teeth but have cosmetic options as well). I had a follow up appointment to fill in a few cavities - I did not feel any pain and the procedure was seemless. Also - great soundtrack and option to watch netflixs.
