Kramer Psychotherapy

I am a psychotherapist who works primarily with adults. I help people suffering from a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction such as drugs/alcohol and gambling. I use a strength based, person centered approach in order to guide clients through the discomfort, pain and dissatisfaction that life can sometimes bring. I work in partnership with clients in order to help them achieve growth and increased satisfaction in their daily lives. I enjoy working with all different types of people, helping them identify their strengths and develop coping skills and strategies to help improve their lives. I utilize components of CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy in my practice, and work collaboratively with individuals during therapy. I am an empathetic and warm person who cares deeply about helping my clients. It is my goal to create a judgement-free space where you feel open and safe to express yourself freely. Together, we can create genuine personal growth.
