Update: I am happy to report that after seeing the provider again, I was happy with the outcome!! Thank you! Although overall a pleasant visit, the reason for my visit was not addressed. My medication was changed. I agreed to try it, but now I don't know what to do about my next refill or anticipated reason for my visit since I can't get a response. An order was sent in for a test, I traveled 40 minutes to the testing site, but was incomplete, so I couldn't test. Calls and texts to the Provider from myself and nurses were not answered. I am very disappointed with the outcome.
