I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a strong focus on working with young adults (18-40). I help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management, trauma, relationship difficulties, as well as everyday life stressors. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer group therapy. My approach to therapy is collaborative, tailoring treatment to meet your unique and individual needs. With 9 years of experience, I possess expertise in a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness.
