Most relevant
There's something straightforward about Kristen that I found really reassuring - like she's taking this as seriously as I am and actually gives a hoot about it going somewhere productive. What a difference from other therapy I've had, where I felt like I was just giving a book report about my week. She feels like a real person, if that makes sense. I think she's going to challenge me, but I know I need it. I'm feeling hopeful about this.
