Jenna Tso Therapy

Living with food allergies, autoimmune conditions, or a highly sensitive nervous system can make the world feel like an unpredictable and overwhelming place. It often breeds anxiety, demands perfectionism, and teaches you to people-please to stay safe. My work is dedicated to supporting teens and adults navigating these challenges. I provide a relational and psychodynamic space where we can explore the roots of these patterns, including the very real trauma of managing chronic health issues. My approach is eclectic and intuitive, blending science with a touch of the “witchy,” honoring intuition, inner wisdom, and the mind-body connection. I use practical tools from CBT to calm the anxious mind, while Brainspotting and parts work (IFS) can help us access and heal the deeper parts of your story that hold trauma, fear, and overwhelm. We will work to soothe your nervous system, reclaim a sense of safety in your body, and transform the critical inner voice into a compassionate ally. My work is focused on: Chronic Illness & Disability: Specializing in food allergies, autoimmune diseases (Crohn’s, MCAS, etc.), and asthma. As a therapist with lived experience, I offer both professional and personal understanding. The Anxious & Sensitive Soul: Supporting those with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and low self-esteem. I help Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) reframe their sensitivity as a superpower. Identity & Life Transitions: Exploring who you are beyond your diagnosis or caregiving role, and navigating significant life changes. I believe healing isn’t just about talking; it’s about experiencing and creating. I incorporate creativity, mindfulness, and movement into our work because healing happens when we engage the whole self. I am a culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and disability-affirming therapist, and I honor all facets of your identity. Together, we’ll create a sanctuary where you can shed the masks, explore your inner world, and tap into the profound resilience that already exists within you.
