I have had two visits with Dr. Kumar & Dr. Kate, they were very attentive to all of my needs and listened to everything I had to say. They made suggestions and some medication changes that turned out to be very beneficial, as I struggled greatly with chronic pain and many other health conditions. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. They made me feel like I was heard when I was explaining the issues I was having, instead of just dismissing what I had to say. We have been seeing our Dr for about a year now. Every time we see him he is very nice, easy to talk to and understands our concerns. He also has clear orders and talks about side effects of the drugs we r taking so they are easy to understand. Anytime we need to talk to him he is easy to get ahold of and gets us in as soon as he can.

My daughter has had issues with mouth ulcers since she was little. Every doctor I’ve taken her to dismissed her and nothing ever helped! Her first appointment they figured out what was wrong and instantly got her on medication! I absolutely love Dr.Brooks! Both of my children see her and I recommend her to anyone that listens!!

Unclear communication, relieved several texts from numerous phone numbers, so I missed a message about filing out paperwork. Let me waiting didn't show, then text saying if I filed everything now, she would still see me the same day. I filed the paperwork and sent it back, and she said she would be in touch.

I like most people, was very anxious about this appointment but I knew I needed to do it for ME. I am so grateful for this app and my now primary care provider. If you have been putting off your health or finding excuses to not get help (trust me I was to) I highly recommend Carey and I’m sure her twin sister is just as great if she’s unavailable ! My experience was phenomenal. I was so worried I was going to have to wait months to have my prescriptions refilled, but after 20 minutes of thorough questions and listening to my needs to ensure I was receiving the proper dosage of each medication, I had my prescriptions ready at the pharmacy and was given enough to get me through until I can see my PCP.
