I offer both online and limited in-person sessions. I pride myself on working in various settings, including community mental health, hospital emergency room, schools and after-school centers, a correctional facility, and now the United States Military Academy at West Point as my main job. I like to keep my private practice small so I can devote more energy to clients and avoid burn out in not working for agencies. I'm been told I am easy to talk to and listen well, you better if you are a therapist. Working with first-responders, such as police, military, and corrections officers has been a focus of mine. I especially enjoy couples counseling and Gottman is my preferred method.
