L Pernoud LLC dba Maison Fleur
Maison Fleur Integrative Relational Therapy is a thoughtfully designed therapy practice supporting adults and couples through relational, emotional, and life transitions. The practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel both deeply understood and gently challenged in a safe, steady therapeutic relationship.
Maison Fleur specializes in relationship concerns, intimacy and sexuality, betrayal and infidelity, attachment wounds, eating disorders and body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, co-parenting and family transitions, and discernment work for couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship. Therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and clinically grounded, with attention to both emotional depth and practical movement.
The work often explores how past experiences, attachment patterns, shame, fear, body image, identity, and nervous system responses shape present-day relationships and self-understanding. For couples, therapy may focus on communication patterns, emotional safety, intimacy, trust, betrayal repair, conflict cycles, and decisions about how to move forward with greater clarity and care.
Maison Fleur is especially suited for clients who are looking for therapy that is thoughtful, compassionate, and substantive rather than rushed or one-size-fits-all. The goal is to create a space where clients can slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin building healthier patterns of connection, self-trust, and emotional honesty.
