Scammed me. Paid for the first visit of $400, out of pocket, which was fine. But before I paid or went in to be seen, I specifically asked if there would be a cost for a follow up thats in direct relation to this appointment. Both the front desk lady and provider told me theres no additional cost to a follow up. That the $400 includes the visit itself and a follow up, because there would be a follow up as she was going to go over my labs with me and also administer the medicine. Finally when she said she was filling the prescription, she said I need a phone appt for e my labs and that it would cost $150. Not only did I not have the money for the $150, but she wouldn’t send the prescription to the pharmacy which was the reason I went to see her, pay the $400, was for a specific medicine. And now, after being told there would be NO second cost, she’s holding the prescription unless I pay another $150 for a call about my normal labs. Because I have the labs as well and see them. Scam!
