Elita is an amazing provider with incredible bedside. She is patient and really takes the time to hear your story and situation. I felt seen and advocated for in a way that was very foreign to me. She is incredibly trauma informed and I feel safe to speak my truth without fear of judgement or lack of understanding. She made sure that I was informed and comfortable with the treatment plan and that I feel empowered to speak on my needs should I feel the need to pivot or adjust things. She’s thorough and ordered bloodwork that I’d normally have to fight for and really covered the bases to ensure that we’re approaching my issues from multiple angles in a very holistic way. I was nervous about incorporating medication and now nearly a week into treatment, I’m so thankful I reached out and got the help I needed.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a mental health care provider. The ONLY thing she cared about was my previous medications, and the fact that 2 of them were controlled substances, so she couldn’t prescribe. Had she listened to me, I would have told her I’m not taking any of my medications and I’m looking for consult/advice. I can’t imagine taking any advice from this woman.

I was seen quickly, seen and heard in my anxiety, given clear feedback, and we worked together to come to a prescription. I was given clear and concise instructions around the pills and use, and was even met with the following day in under 30 minutes to get some additional help. The help I got today was the EXACT help I needed to get through. I cannot thank the doctor or the practice enough for being there when I was deeply in crisis and getting me through it.

She was able to help in just one hour. The online forms were very difficult to fill out. Up-loadin my I.D. was all time consuming so I would start at least 2 hrs before your appt time.

I just had my initial appointment for a new provider in-network for insurance benefits and I'm really thankful to have found Leslie! She had a really calming and kind presence, made me feel really comfortable, repeated what she heard me describe to make sure she understood everything correctly, and introduced me to some treatment options that I hadn't heard of before that sound like they'll help with some of my very specific struggles. I feel relief and cared for.

It’s about as easy as it gets for a video appointment. The big difference is Skye is personable and takes her time. I’ve had other telehealth appointments where you it feels like they’re just logging in due to rules and obligations. She explains everything in an easy to understand way and has even sent extra materials in their web portal. Highly recommended

I did not feel that I was listened to during the two visits, nor was I given good explanations or helpful information from this provider. After the first appointment I was told I would do a written ADHD assessment after the next appt. The next appt.comes around and instead of giving me the assessment as they had promised, they ask me repeat questions about the issues I am having in regards to inattentiveness, mood swings, etc. and offer to prescribe me medication (after I get blood work). I asked about the mechanism of the medication and they had to flip through a book to find the answer. They asked me if I was having problems with memory, and I explained that yes I do but I have ways to cope with it ike taking many notes and they said "ok so no issue with memory." I felt they couldn't understand grey areas and insisted upon me giving them black and white answers where that is impossible. I could go on but I am at the character limit. This was a horrible experience, huge waste of $.
