Moved in to NHP area and looking for a new dentist. Booked my appointment here, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience. Everyone (front desk, hygienist, Xray tech, and doctor) was friendly and did their jobs well. The intake paperwork was very easy to complete and was all digital, no insurance issues occurred either. Cleaning was good, the hygienist was gentle throughout. The dentist did not try to push any unnecessary procedures which is always my fear at a new dentist. Overall, I felt the practice is well run and they have focused attention on providing a good patient experience….the only thing they didn’t have here (that a fancy dentist in Manhattan offered)was letting patients choose the music during the cleaning lol. Either way, I was glad I found this dental office on my first try.

The dr is amazing her staff including the dental hygienist and x-ray tech was truly friendly professional and a pleasure to deal with.. it was truly the best dental cleaning I had done by a dental hygienist and the filling was quick and painless by the dentist she really is gentle to the touch . The front office staff is knowledgeable and friendly can’t forget them. Overall a great dental experience and no surprises either payment . Book your appointment you won’t be disappointed

I purposely booked the dr I wanted to see because my daughters went to him previously. I waited 2 days to see him and was never made aware that he doesn’t work on Tuesday. Felt like a scam to me . I was able to book him and was never contacted by the office to say the dr changed and they actually called to confirm.

I specifically looked through ZocDoc your find a dentist that had good reviews but when I went to the appointment the dentist I chose to make an appointment with was not the dentist that I saw. The dentist I saw was nice. The office staff was great but the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth did an okay job.

I typed in my filters on zocdoc for a braces consultation, I was able to book an appointment with no problem. When I got to the office I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment because I was a new patient and I was sure there were going to be forms outside of the ones I did on zocodc. When I walked up to the receptionist he asked me for my information I gave him my ID because my last name is not a common one he then gives me back the ID and says how did you make your appointment because im not seeing it I say zocdoc ( in a nasty tone). He tells me he's going to make a walk in appointment for me asking me for the information on the same ID I just gave to him he says what am I in for I explain I wanted a braces consultation he says we dont have an orthodontist here and I was very confused because its literally the filter I put in for zocdoc so not only did I waste my time gas and money getting there I wasn't seen I was met with not so accommodating people early in the mornin

I found the office through Google & the reviews didn’t disappoint. The staff is super friendly & professional. The office is clean & waiting area feels very cozy. Checking in was smooth & easily done on the tablet. I was seen right away & left feeling relieved I went for a second opinion.

She was very pleasant and professional. She made me feel very comfortable. I had some small cavities that had to be filed and I hate the injections they give to numb your gums but I must say Dr. Minhas has great hands cause the injections were not so bad. She walks you through the entire process and she keeps checking on you to make sure you still feel comfortable.

At the end of the visit, I found it puzzling as to why the receptionist would tell me my insurance does not cover my procedure when no pre-authorization was not sent to my insurance carrier. Thankfully I called and was told I was covered. However, I think I will get a second opinion from another doctor.

Dr Minhas is magnificent!! Juan, the hygienist is awesome! Best cleaning I ever had in my life!! Very thorough cleaning by Juan. Dr Minhas takes her time, explain everything in full detail, and answers any questions you may have. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. I live in the Bronx, but it is well worth it. If you are looking for a Dentist, I highly recommend Dr Minhas.
