I was 20 minutes late for my appointment, nevertheless the staff waited for me and welcomed me very warmly and took me under their care right away, the assistant did a fantastic job taking all the x rays quickly and efficiently. The doctor explained clearly all the work that she would like to see done and was very nice!

I needed a new dentist because my previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance. After doing a google search, I decided on Dr. Ziese, one, because of the professionalism and kindness of the reception staff when asking about insurance plans. And two, when calling my previous dentist to get my records emailed over and they also agreed that Dr. Ziese was a good choice. I had my first visit with Dr. Ziese yesterday and she is kind, professional and has a great bedside manner. The office staff and dental hygienists were wonderful as well. I feel I made a great choice and am in good hands.
