Lamorinda Women’s Health is a boutique, direct-pay gynecology practice in Lafayette offering unhurried, personalized care. Led by Dr. Karine Hajyan, D.O., FACOG, a board-certified OB/GYN serving the Lamorinda community since 2014, the practice was built as an alternative to rushed, insurance-driven visits, so every patient has time to be heard and to understand her options. Our focus is care for women at every stage of life, with particular expertise in: *Perimenopause and menopause, including hormone therapy and genitourinary syndrome of menopause *Adolescent and youth gynecology, including first gynecology visits and menstrual concerns *Bone health, with in-office DXA scanning *Pelvic pain, including in-office SoLá pelvic therapy *Abnormal uterine bleeding *Sexual health *PMOS (formerly PCOS), fertility evaluation and ovulation induction *Preconception counseling *Hair loss, skin changes, and metabolic and cardiovascular health in midlife Comfort matters here. Exams use flexible, reusable speculums, and you’re welcome to bring your own. We provide organic cotton robes and warm blankets. Our office has three private exam rooms and in-house ultrasound. Lamorinda Women’s Health offers membership-based care as well as individual visits. We do not bill insurance or Medicare. Located at 970 Dewing Ave, Suite 301, Lafayette, with free on-site parking.
