This was the best ENT practice I have ever visited. The staff was highly professional, and the physician assistant was knowledgeable, attentive, and an excellent listener. I initially came in for earwax removal but was thoroughly impressed by the clear and comprehensive explanation of my sinus issues. The provider reviewed my CT scan with me using easy-to-understand terminology and presented multiple treatment options without any pressure to make immediate decisions. I felt neither rushed nor dismissed. Overall, it was an exceptionally positive experience, and the imaging ultimately helped identify additional insights into my ear, nose, and throat symptoms.

Parking was easy, place is easy to maneuver, and the girls at the front desk were awesome, so wonderfully helpful and kind. I was brought back in shockingly record time, and I was in and out in a jiffy, with meds prescribed & a note for my job. Truly wonderful place, would go back again.

I went in for ear wax to be removed but ended up finding out more about my other symptoms by doing a scan of my head to look deeper into my ears, nose and throat.

The office called the day before my appointment to tell me they don’t take appointments through ZocDoc. Luckily there was an appointment available the following day. But if you need an ENT, book directly through the office.

I was treated by Jaclyn Crame for a blockage in both ears. Beforehand, she explained the process cogently and in detail so that I understood exactly the problem and the treatment. Jaclyn was very professional and gentle and the procedure went smoothly. I actually left the office with my hearing at least 25% improved. The office staff and assistants were professional and engaging. I cannot recommend highly enough this office and their ability to treat their patients, not just as a number which you see so much these days, but as a person and an individual who deserves the best care possible. A big Thank You to Jaclyn and her staff at LV Sinus and ENT Center.

I asked the day before if she had the vaccuum tool and magnifying glass light needed. Arrived and software had issues and she didn't have the required equipment. She was very nice and tried her best though.
