I saw Jaclyn for an ear wax cleaning and she did an incredible job - gentle, thorough, and professional. I will definitely see her again. My visit also included a CT scan which lead to her highlighting issues I was not aware of previously. The office staff were also really great as well; I was seen quickly after arriving with little to no waiting time.

The staff and NP were phenomenal! Juliana, Jasmine and Rosie. Efficient, knowledgeable and patient. They shared info in layman’s terms, and Juliana shared the screen/image with me as she described what she was looking at. I felt so comfortable asking questions. I got lucky with these folks and you are lucky too that they are a part of your team.

She was very good at it, & it seems like that's what she does all the time with how easily she narrated the appt. I was taken aback at first bc I thought I was seeing Dr Waterman. I then I remembered I they said I would have to see a PA bc he was scheduling out into next year.

My overall experience was good but I scheduled to see the doctor but did not. The NP was good but when I make an appointment to see the doctor, that is what I expect. For my follow-up appointment I asked if I would be seen by the doctor and was told he might be busy doing a procedure. I do wonder, will I ever see him? I do hope so.

My experience was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a more understanding and kindness. The nurse practitioner was outstanding. She explained the procedure and spoke in terms I understood. Thank you for your care and understanding. The front desk was welcoming, I was so lost trying to get there on time. I thought I would have to reschedule but the nurses said, “we will see you” I was so grateful. . This was a true blessing. I was called back in less than 5 minutes. A CT scan was done shortly thereafter. I will always refer patients (former colleagues , friends and family) to this office. In my opinion having staff like I met today, the kindness and comforting words from the moment I stepped in the office. Kind and happy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you and your entire staff. This office will be very successful!!!!!!

I am so thankful I booked with Las Vegas Sinus &ENT Center’s. The office staff was wonderful, called me before my appointment to confirm everything and sent me the forms needed ahead of time so I actually had no wait time in the office. I literally walked in and was taken back for my appointment and they had the equipment in office to scan my sinuses and eustachian tubes for a quick diagnosis. I saw P.A. Jamie Planes, she was very kind and thorough, took plenty of time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan and gave me opportunity throughout the appointment to ask questions. I left feeling very encouraged that my issue would be resolved but if not, there were other options for future treatment. This is a wonderful medical practice and I highly recommend them.

My husband has a great experience, the PA was Roxanne Fritz and she was unbelievable with getting the wax out of his ear. She went above and beyond to resolve his problem. Would differently go back and recommend others.
