I saw Jaclyn for an ear wax cleaning and she did an incredible job - gentle, thorough, and professional. I will definitely see her again. My visit also included a CT scan which lead to her highlighting issues I was not aware of previously. The office staff were also really great as well; I was seen quickly after arriving with little to no waiting time.

What stood out of this appointment was that I showed up one week before my appointment. I went on august 21 instead of august 28 , 20026
But thanks to a combination of good will from the girls in the front and my insistence, I was finally accepted . After the practitioner checked me out The doctor made my life great again, he took the time to clean up the obstruction in my left ear and I came out of the clinic a happy man . My insurance company did not cover my visit, so I paid cash and the amount charged was absolutely reasonable and totally worth it . The doctor did a great job, his skills and attitude are totally commendable, I highly recommend him and he and his girls already have a place in my hearth.

It was very nice & the PA was very excellent. She asked me if I wanted a step by step breakdown of everything. She was very good at it, & it seems like that's what she does all the time with how easily she narrated the appt. I was taken aback at first bc I thought I was seeing Dr Waterman. I then I remembered I they said I would have to see a PA bc he was scheduling out into next year.
