LaSante Health Center is conveniently located at 672 Parkside Avenue, which lies adjacent to multiple subway and bus lines. We call Prospect Lefferts Gardens home and welcome residents from neighborhoods near and far; the LaSante community is open to all.

Dr.Valery and staff are always excellent. If there is any drawback, it would be the wait time, but that's just a testament to their expertise. Lasante accommodates the community very well.
