LaSante Health Center is an outpatient medical facility that offers a range of services for patients of all ages. At LaSante we seek to not only treat illness, but to actively prevent it by encouraging healthy lifestyle choices and providing preventative care in addition to diagnostic and treatment services. Our clinicians are well-trained professionals, devoted to furthering LaSante’s mission of providing quality service at affordable rates in a warm environment. LaSante Health Center is conveniently located at 672 Parkside Avenue, which lies adjacent to multiple subway and bus lines. We call Prospect Lefferts Gardens home and welcome residents from neighborhoods near and far; the LaSante community is open to all.
